How a video reaches TikTok

   Connect the account — We connect our own TikTok account once, through TikTok's official Login Kit. The consent screen shows exactly which permissions we receive, and the connection can be revoked at any time in the TikTok settings.

   Produce the video — Script, visuals, voice and editing are created in our editorial tool — AI-assisted and following our own content plan.

   Human approval — No video goes out automatically. Every post is reviewed and released by hand, including its caption and its disclosure.

   Publication — Only after approval does our tool upload the video file through TikTok's Content Posting API and publish it on our account, Nordstern.coach.

Which permissions we use

We request only the permissions this workflow needs — none that touch data of other accounts:

• user.info.basic — reads the identifier and display name of our own account, so we can see which account is connected.
• video.publish — publishes an approved video directly to our own account.
• video.upload — places the video as a draft in our TikTok inbox, for when we want to take the final step inside the TikTok app ourselves.

Which data is involved

• The access token of our own TikTok account — stored encrypted and used solely for publishing.
• The identifier and display name of our own account.
• The video file and the caption, both created by us.
• No personal data of Nordstern users, no third-party content, no data from other TikTok accounts.

Everything else we process is described in our privacy policy.

Labelling AI content

Our videos are produced with AI — voice, visuals and editing. We say so in the caption and additionally use TikTok's AI-generated content label. The full picture is in our AI transparency statement.

Why there is no third-party access here

The editorial tool behind this integration is an internal application of matd ag. There is no end-user product, no sign-up and no accounts for third parties — the integration exists solely to publish our own videos on our own channel.
